Who we are

This website is operated by The Vortex Agency, registered at Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Estonia. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at hello@thevortexagency.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly, plus standard site-analytics data. Specifically:

• Contact form. Your name, business name, email address, website (if any) and the message you write, so we can reply and put together the free mockup you asked for.
• Wishlist form. Just an email address, so we can let you know when a spot opens up.
• Booking a call. If you use the optional “book a call” option on the Contact page, that booking is handled directly by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, not by us.
• Analytics. Standard usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) collected automatically through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics while you browse the site.

We do not ask for payment information, passwords, or any government-issued ID through this site, and we never sell your data to anyone.

Why we collect it

• To answer the message you sent us and prepare the mockup or audit you requested
• To send you occasional relevant email if you have contacted us before, always with a one-click unsubscribe link
• To understand which pages are useful and which are not, so we can improve the site
• To keep the site secure and stop spam submissions

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and our business. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel: hosting, analytics and the database that stores form submissions
• Google Analytics: anonymized traffic and usage statistics
• Our email provider: sending the emails you request or reply to
• Cal.com: only if you choose to book a call

None of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors from new ones. You can block or delete these at any time in your browser settings without affecting how the site works. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are cookieless.

How long we keep it

Contact form and wishlist submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to you and, if you have asked us to, to follow up later. If we have your email on file from a past conversation, you can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, within a few business days.

Your choices

• Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link
• You can ask what we have on file for your email address at any time
• You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without telling you.
