Agreement to terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This page covers the website only, not any web design, SEO or development work you hire us to do, which is covered by the separate proposal or contract for that project.

The free mockup and audit

Where we offer a free homepage mockup or a free audit of your current site, it is genuinely free: no card details are requested, and looking at it creates no obligation to hire us. We reserve the right to decline a request or limit how many we take on at once if we cannot give it proper attention.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• Submit false information through the contact or wishlist forms
• Attempt to access, scrape or disrupt the site beyond normal browsing
• Use the site to send spam, malware or unsolicited bulk messages
• Copy the site’s design or written content for your own commercial use

Intellectual property

The design, layout, code and written content of this website belong to The Vortex Agency unless stated otherwise. Project deliverables we build for a client become that client’s property under the terms of their individual agreement, exactly as described on our About page: your domain, your site, your content, in your name.

Third-party services

Parts of this site rely on third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling and standard analytics tools. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those third-party services, which have their own terms.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is professional legal, financial or tax advice.
